Understand the product

Time inside the actual user experience before we touch the ads. If we can't see why a real user would stay, we won't agree to market it.

STEP 02

Validate at small budget

Start at the minimum spend that gives real signal. No scaling decisions on three data points. Patience is the cheapest line item.

Scale what's profitable

Earnings per user must beat cost per user before any budget increase. Anything else is volume for the sake of volume.

Honest copy or no copy. We won't promise outcomes a product can't reliably deliver, even if those promises would convert better in the short term.

The math comes first. We don't increase budgets to chase volume; we increase budgets when EPU comfortably beats CPU.

No products we wouldn't recommend.

If we wouldn't tell a friend to try it, we won't run ads for it. Reputation is the long-term asset that matters.

We don't optimize for "looking busy." Reports cover what was tried, what worked, what didn't, and what's next — nothing more.
